All Veterans and their families are eligible.
Most people think Navy Federal Credit Union is only for service members, but it's for their families too. In fact, half of all eligible family members don't realize they can join Navy Fed. So to let them know they can join too, we did it the same way families have always told each other important family news; with awkward, ill-timed, and uncomfortable conversations.

This was a milestone moment for Navy Federal Credit Union, marking their largest national TV campaign to date, and ushering in a new tone for the brand.
The campaign was so successful that when the NHL season came around,
we were asked to extend the campaign with a hockey themed spot.
